if it tells you insufficient balance to withdraw.. I think it must be some withdrawal fee and I believe it is charging you more than what you have to withdraw...

I have this in Web 3, every time I try to withdraw it asks me to reload Ethereum, I have reloaded it and it tells me that it is insufficient, I appreciate anyone who can help me.
