ChainCatcher news, according to the Shenzhen Political and Legal Public Account, an employee in Shenzhen was laid off after the probation period. The company paid 20,000 yuan in salary and 10,000 yuan in compensation, but the employee claimed that there was still 25,000 yuan in unpaid virtual currency salary, and thus appealed to the court.
The court found the evidence insufficient, and since Teda Coin is not a legal currency, it ruled that the company should pay the difference in compensation of 10,000 yuan, dismissing the claim for virtual currency salary. The appeal was rejected in the second instance, upholding the original judgment.
