According to TechFlow, on December 20, BNB Chain announced that it will launch the second Meme Coin competition on December 24, which will last for 7 days. During the event, BNB Chain will purchase high-quality ecological Meme tokens worth 33BNB every day for 7 consecutive days, and randomly airdrop the corresponding Meme tokens to 1,000 eligible community users.
To be eligible for the airdrop, you must hold at least 1 staked BNB token (including slisBNB, BNBx, stkBNB or ankrBNB) or 235 Cakes, with the snapshot time being 8pm (Singapore time) on December 24. The selected tokens will be screened based on 24-hour trading volume, market capitalization and price performance, and will not be repeated on a daily basis.
It is worth noting that the three winning projects, AICell, MONKEY, and FROG, from the first phase of the event have successfully launched on Binance Alpha Zone. This competition targets Meme projects deployed on the BNB Chain after December 1st and November 15th, 2024.
