$USUAL is indeed a stablecoin, but I don't think it can reach 3 dollars. With a circulating market value of 400 million, the price should be between 1.5 and 1.7 dollars at most. However, when facing a Bitcoin pullback or a shift between bulls and bears, I think it will be even harder to reach 1.7 as usual.
