$BTC $DOGE $PEPE Market Prediction

Boiling frogs in warm water, Bitcoin is slowly rising, altcoins are hovering sideways and declining, wearing down everyone's patience (Is this the new cash-out strategy of the big players?)

Recently, the most posts I've seen say that the altcoin season is coming. We are currently only in the early stages of a bull market, and in the long term, the outlook is certainly bullish, but at the end of the month (25-30), there is a high probability of a pullback; the main reasons are as follows:

1. Bitcoin has been rising for several months, it has been over a month and a half since it broke its previous high, and it has even remained above 90,000 for a month without dropping below it (no significant pullback for cleansing); many people feel that the position is too high and are waiting for a pullback to buy low; this results in insufficient upward momentum; therefore, a pullback is urgently needed to attract new capital.

2. The market generally believes that the altcoin season has arrived, and the sentiment is high, with various people chasing prices up and waiting to make easy money, not realizing that this is the most dangerous time; when Bitcoin pulls back, altcoins will drop significantly, and the market makers will profit from the altcoins;

3. According to past experience, the end of each month is usually a time for monthly pullbacks. Additionally, this month’s end coincides with Christmas, and there is no habit of saving money abroad; for retail investors who have already realized considerable profits, some may cash out for spending;

4. In the past week, Bitcoin has been breaking its previous high a little each day, while altcoins do not rise; when Bitcoin breaks the previous high and drops a little, altcoins fall by 3-5% daily, which may be a new cash-out method;

5. When everyone thinks the altcoin season is coming, it may not come now; it may pull back first, and when everyone is stuck with losses, it will surge up crazily, potentially gaining in one day enough to cover half a month of losses. At that point, there’s no need for everyone to shout; the market trend will directly indicate that the altcoin season has arrived.

6. If there is a rate cut tonight, there will be two scenarios for altcoins: one is a big surge, and the other is still calm; regardless of which scenario occurs, a pullback is highly likely by the end of the month. If it rises, this weekend will be the time to cash out (for those trading in waves).

In summary, investors must have a risk awareness; one cannot only think of ideal situations and must consider negative scenarios;

For long-term spot traders, just hold on;

For spot trading in waves, consider cashing out a portion to buy low, to avoid missing out;

For contract traders, be cautious; both surges and crashes are unbearable.
