The specific eligibility requirement is that the wallet address must hold tokens worth at least $50 at the historical lowest price of the following projects: Mina (MINA), Starknet (STRK), Polygon (POL), EigenLayer (EIGEN), ZKsync (ZK), Scroll (SCROLL), Taiko (TKO).
