Bitcoin's continued rise recently hit a new high, breaking through $107,000. This surge came after President-elect Donald Trump announced plans to establish a US strategic reserve of Bitcoin. With all the excitement heating up, top cryptocurrency analyst Michael van de Poppe now predicts that Bitcoin may soar from $300,000 to $500,000 in this cycle. And made bolder predictions for ETH, Sol, and Links tokens.

Bold Predictions for Bitcoin in 2024

Michael van de Poppe shared some bold predictions for Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies in a recent tweet. He believes that Bitcoin may soar to between $300,000 and $500,000 in this cycle.  

His optimistic outlook is based on the idea that the upcoming crypto cycle may mirror the explosive rally of 2017, but with greater growth potential.

The forecast comes at a time when institutional interest in cryptocurrencies is growing rapidly, while investors are also turning to digital assets. Spot Bitcoin ETFs currently hold more than $100 billion in assets, and Bitcoin accounts for about 1% of the total assets under management in the entire ETF market.

ETH, SOL, Link: The Next Big Movers

In addition to Bitcoin, Ethereum (ETH) is also expected to see significant growth. Ethereum has been at the heart of the blockchain revolution. Van de Poppe predicts that the price of Ethereum may rise to between $15,000 and $25,000.  

With Ethereum's upgrades, including the transition to Ethereum 2.0, and the dominance of decentralized finance (DeFi) applications, the outlook for ETH is very positive.

Van de Poppe is also optimistic about other cryptocurrencies such as Solana (SOL) and Chainlink (LINK). He predicts that Solana's price may reach between $1,500 and $2,500, while Chainlink's price may surge to $250 to $300.

These projects are becoming increasingly popular in the growing DeFi space, driving their potential price growth.
