Personal experiences sharing on withdrawals from the three major exchanges
I have had quite a few withdrawal operations from the three major exchanges, with over 50 transactions in total. My card was frozen three times in between. However, the situation has been pretty good in the past year, with more than 10 transactions during this period, and I haven’t encountered any card freezing issues. I can say that I have stepped into quite a few pitfalls in this process, but fortunately, the withdrawal method I have figured out now is relatively stable. Let me share with you the bumpy experiences I have had regarding withdrawals, but this is purely my personal experience, just for reference, and I won't delve into in-depth analysis.
Two stages of withdrawals from Binance
I have gone through two different stages of withdrawals on Binance.
- First stage: At that time, my approach was quite similar to that of withdrawing from OKX. I would specifically filter for merchants with [trading duration over a year], [over a thousand transactions], and relatively high U prices for withdrawals. I probably withdrew this way about 5 - 6 times. Although my card has never been frozen, I was always nervous and felt like my card would be frozen at any moment; that shadow has lingered.
- Second stage: This is the withdrawal method I am currently using. Because I was really worried about my card being frozen again, I weighed the U price and safety, and ultimately chose to use Binance Shield for withdrawals.
Advice on withdrawals from OKX and Binance
Currently, the exchanges that people commonly choose for withdrawals are generally OKX or Binance. From my experience, it feels like there is a lot of dirty money in OKX, and the likelihood of card freezing is very high; I have been frozen twice myself. On the other hand, the safety of regular U merchants on Binance is relatively high. I have not encountered any card freezing issues when withdrawing through regular U merchants. I believe Binance Shield is the safest withdrawal method; I have used Binance Shield for withdrawals more than 10 times, and so far, there have been no card freezing situations. Therefore, my advice for withdrawals is to try to avoid using OKX and prioritize Binance for withdrawals. If you want to be safer, just use Binance Shield for withdrawals.
