In March 2023, Han sold this information through platforms such as QQ, WeChat, and Telegram, and collaborated with courier Wu to obtain express delivery transaction information, pricing each piece at 1.5 yuan in USDT and profited 770 yuan through the Ou Yi platform. The court sentenced Han to one year and eight months in prison for infringing on citizens' personal information and fined him 3,000 yuan. Co-defendant Wu was sentenced to eight months in prison with a one-year and four-month probation and fined 2,000 yuan.
