BlockBeats news, on December 15, ai16z founder Shaw posted on X, stating that Eliza v0.2.0 (i.e., v2 version) has entered the development stage. Compared to v1, the v2 version will bring the following improvements: a unified message bus and simplified client, unified proxy wallet, a model system using a registry (Model Provider Registry), an extensible and general core framework, updated community plugins; achieving 100% test coverage.
It added that the alpha version is expected to be launched in 2-3 weeks. The team will continue to push forward with v1, merge pull requests, and close tickets. If users have a poor experience due to certain inflexibilities in v1, the team will address this issue in v2.
