PANews, December 13 - Official announcements show that the brand ownership dispute over the cryptocurrency data platform FeiXiaoHao continues to escalate. The original FeiXiaoHao team accused the buyer of obtaining part of the source code and data after paying the initial fee, then refusing to pay the final payment and attempting to resell the source code, leading to the cancellation of the brand sale plan. However, the buyer countered that they have legally registered an overseas company and trademark, accused the original team of delivering incomplete source code and reselling it, and emphasized that they invested hundreds of thousands of dollars to repair the system after taking over before it could go back online.

The buyer also announced future plans, including improving the Meme token ranking, promoting globalization, adding a KOL column, and incorporating VC features, while legal proceedings have been initiated to publicly disclose acquisition details to counter false accusations.
