Promotion A: enjoy up to 15% in APR rewards with Locked USDT, USDC, or BTC products in Simple Earn
Promotion period: from December 12, 2024 at 00:00 (UTC) to December 25, 2024 at 23:59 (UTC)
Only users who have never subscribed to Locked Simple Earn products before December 11, 2024 at 23:59 (UTC) will qualify. Additionally, eligible users can only subscribe to one of these special offers for Locked Simple Earn products.

Promotion B - Superstaking of BNSOL: Hold BNSOL to receive improved APR rewards via airdrop
Promotion period: from December 2, 2024 at 00:00 (UTC) to December 31, 2024 at 23:59 (UTC)
Users holding BNSOL or staking SOL for BNSOL in their Binance accounts or the Binance Wallet will receive improved APR rewards via airdrop. This includes additional token airdrops on top of the base APR rate from the Binance SOL Staking, giving an additional boost to users' earnings.

Eligible users can visit the SOL Staking page and click [Claim rewards] around 05:30 (UTC) each day.
Otherwise, these rewards will be sent to users' Spot wallets on December 17, 2024 at 05:30 (UTC) and January 1, 2025 at 05:30 (UTC), respectively.

Terms and conditions:
Only users who complete identity verification during the promotion period can qualify for rewards from promotions A, B, or C.
These promotions are only available to users allowed to use Binance Earn products and may not be available or may be restricted in certain jurisdictions or regions, or for certain users, depending on legal and regulatory requirements.
Promotion A:
In this promotion, none of the subaccounts will be considered as independent accounts. The amount of the subaccounts' subscription will be combined with the standard subscription amount of the main account.
Binance reserves the right to modify the APR rates at any time after the promotion period without prior notice. Please check the Terms and conditions of Binance Simple Earn before using any product from the Binance Simple Earn platform. Read the Frequently Asked Questions about Simple Earn Locked products.
Binance Simple Earn will refund the assets or digital coins subscribed to Locked Simple Earn products for Flexible Simple Earn products at the end of the agreed subscription period. The value of the assets or digital coins fluctuates and is subject to change.
Unlocking period for Locked products: one day.
Early redemption: assets in Locked products can be redeemed early, but all earned rewards will be forfeited. Assets are usually returned to Spot wallets within 72 hours following the redemption request. However, there may be delays due to exceptional circumstances such as extreme market volatility, network disruptions, protocol failures, or a large volume of simultaneous redemption requests. Please refer to our Terms and the Risk Warning for more details.
APR rewards are distributed from Binance's own funds and are determined based on the assessment and evaluation of prevailing market conditions. This promotion is not associated with the USDT/USDC issuer in any way.
Promotion B:
All eligible users holding BNSOL in their Spot, Funds, Earn, Futures, Margin wallets, and the Binance Wallet qualify to enjoy airdrop rewards with an improved APR.
Users holding BNSOL in main accounts or subaccounts on Binance will be able to access airdrop rewards with an improved APR.
Snapshots of users' BNSOL positions will be taken multiple times and at different times to obtain their average daily balances and calculate the rewards they are entitled to. The calculation is based on the previous day's snapshot and is updated daily.
Users will be able to accumulate their rewards and claim them directly to their Spot accounts at any time.
For now, BNSOL DeFi assets are only supported in the Binance MPC Wallet. Users must keep these assets in their Binance MPC Wallets to qualify for any rewards. They will be available for claim on the SOL staking page and will be transferred to users' Spot wallet.
