II. Financing Situation
December 11, 2024: Perena completed Pre-seed round financing. Perena not only received support from well-known investors such as Solana co-founders Anatoly Yakovenko and Raj Gokal, but also attracted many institutional interests, completing its Pre-Seed round of financing. Led by Borderless Capital, with participation from Binance Labs, SevenX Ventures, Primitive Ventures, Maelstrom Capital, ABCDE Capital, Anagram, Breed VC, Pivot, Graph Ventures, Temporal, and MitonC. The financing amount is approximately $3 million. Additionally, Perena has formed partnerships with multiple DeFi protocols.
III. Participation Details
Perena's points program is now live! By redeeming or adding liquidity to the Petals account (points), points can be exchanged for airdrops in the future! You can receive up to 50 petals for each redemption! Details are as follows:
Perena can issue Petal points activities, allowing users to accumulate petals through Swap/LP.
Stablecoin exchange is open to owners, with a consumption code, but access to the liquidity pool interface requires a code. If you cannot obtain a referral code, you need to accumulate 700 petals, at which point the liquidity pool must be opened by the user.
1. Daily Check-in: If you hold USD Star (USD*) or growth pool LP tokens, for every $100 of tokens held, you can receive 100 petals.
2. Swap Trading: The maximum number of times to earn points through swaps each day is 10 times, with a maximum of 50 points per transaction. A trading volume of $1 = 0.1 points, so a single swap of $500 can earn the maximum Pineapple points.
3. Fixed Probability for LP Pools: The seed pool gives 10 petal points daily; the growth pool gives 20 petal points daily.
