ChainCatcher news, according to Cointelegraph, Sequentia co-founder Andreas Kohl claims he has compromised 69% of the Dogecoin network nodes, executing the operation using an old laptop from El Salvador.

Data from Blockchair shows that before the vulnerability was exploited, Dogecoin had 647 active nodes. Currently, Dogecoin only has 315 active nodes.

Kohl stated that he exploited a vulnerability discovered by researcher Tobias Ruck that caused the nodes to crash.
