Wu said that, according to Reuters, the U.S. Supreme Court rejected Nvidia's appeal regarding the class action lawsuit from investors, which will continue to be heard in lower courts. This stems from two investor lawsuits in 2018 accusing Nvidia of misleading statements regarding the impact of the cryptocurrency market on its sales performance. Investors claim that Nvidia and its executives issued severely misleading statements, deliberately downplaying the impact of cryptocurrency market fluctuations on the company's revenue growth while exaggerating its ability to respond to market changes. Nvidia is also currently facing antitrust investigations from Chinese regulators and the U.S. Department of Justice.
