Talking through the chart: The second contract has successfully broken through and stabilized above the 3675 neckline on the hourly level. If it can break above 3700, the target will be 3770-3830.
If the second contract breaks 3700, go long on the right side; if it pulls back to 3614 and confirms support, then it's done. Manage your stop-loss, and everything will be fine.

The exchange rate for the second contract has initially pulled back to 0.036, but the pullback is not adequate. If it can break through 0.039 tonight, the effect will be better; if it cannot, it will continue to pull back to 0.036. As long as the second contract on the 4-hour level does not drop below 3615, everything is fine; it can spike down but the close cannot be below 3615. Otherwise, it's over.
