Recently, many friends have privately messaged me asking for good strategies for chasing meme coins, especially for newcomers. What are some good free tools and strategies! Today, I will selflessly share some strategies and methods from our small group, hoping to benefit everyone in chasing the gold dog on the 10th!

Step 1: gmgn filter strategy + overseas meme OG list (message me for a free copy), synchronize together, and start scanning the chain for better results.

gmgn chain scanning settings, I have a setup plan in Figure 2, because our capital volume is relatively good, we prioritize directly excluding projects with an internal market cap below 200,000 USD. We prioritize projects with a market cap between 500,000 and 10 million USD that have high explosive potential!

Step 2: Search the CA on Twitter, look for narrative logic, and write 2-3 reasons; additionally, verify whether it is a domestic project. The simplest way is to copy the CA to Twitter, click 'Trending', and look at the top 20 tweets, checking the ratio of Chinese to English. Look for major KOLs (those with over 20,000 followers or major influencers on the overseas meme OG list). If the proportion of Chinese exceeds 50%, pass on it. It is likely a domestic project for retail investors, better to miss out than to buy wrong. (Our small group uses Twitter API for automated sentiment monitoring, displaying sentiment ratio status with one click)

Step 3: Post in the group according to the standard format (this is a requirement of our group, but you can also practice on your own, as this shields you from the habit of FOMO, allowing you to think more calmly and write a reason, which helps you value your own thoughts and logic more, and is also beneficial for reviewing and summarizing. If it's a very good concept, you can write about it later 😂, because sometimes just a few minutes can lead to a completely different price).

Project Name:

Project CA:

Recommendation Reason:

1.

2.

3.

Why the standard format is very important!

Actually, there are three reasons:

First, it facilitates our quick data crawling and summarization, as we have a fully automated process, and the template must be standardized to be recognizable.

Second, the recommendation reason is equivalent to thinking independently rather than copying information from other groups. You should at least copy the CA once to search on Twitter, then logically explain it to yourself before posting it to persuade your group members.

Third, it's convenient to go out for CX. If you buy a coin and don't promote it, that's not right; it's a lack of confidence in yourself.

Step 4: Determination of mice warehouses and conspiracy groups:

1. The market capitalization ratio and correlation of the top 20 addresses. Are they mutual transfer wallets, or have there been transaction records between wallets?

2. If the top 20 holdings account for 30%, we generally do not engage. If the correlation wallets account for over 50%, we also avoid them.

This can be defined as a mice warehouse. Once the profit margin is too large, it is easy to collectively dump. Specific software and methods, you need to figure out yourself. The top 10 percentage gmgn has data, but the correlation needs to be crawled and processed by yourself. Currently, it seems that there are no free software options available. These are all monitored by our self-developed software.

Step 5: After purchasing, monitor the growth of the number of addresses:

Meme coins are essentially a Ponzi scheme + communication theory, with newcomers buying from old investors. Only with enough new data coming in can new highs continue to be set. The following five data points are very important: First, the proportion of smart money. Second, the growth rate of smart money. Third, the number of new users in meme projects. Fourth, net inflow data of meme projects. Fifth, the growth rate of net inflow funds in meme projects.

Among them, smart money and net inflow data require software + hardware cooperation, high-speed data crawling + Python computation. Currently, there is no reliable free public software for this. This is still developed internally and is a dimensionality reduction product of secondary data analysis strategy, which is quite good.

But the number of addresses can actually be used with software. It can be a significant reference. Link: https://holderscan.com/

There are also steps 6 to 12, which I will write about gradually in the future. Take your time to digest; writing too much at once might be overwhelming!
