Burning 99.99% of the remaining Shibainu tokens is theoretically possible but a huge challenge. The initial 50% burn was achieved because Vitalik Buterin burned tokens in one massive action, which cannot be replicated without a central authority.

Currently, burns are community-driven and incremental, with mechanisms such as sending tokens to dead wallets or using transaction-based burns. Achieving such a massive drop would require a massive increase in the burn rate, continued community engagement, or the introduction of mechanisms that incentivize or enforce massive burns.
