Changes to the Savings Rate:

• The Sky Savings Rate (SSR) will be increased to 12.5%, and the Dai Savings Rate (DSR) to 11.5%.

Stability Fee Parameters Update:

• ETH Stability Fees will increase: ETH-A to 12.75%, ETH-B to 13.25%, and ETH-C to 12.5%.

• WSTETH Stability Fees will increase: WSTETH-A to 13.75%, and WSTETH-B to 13.5%.

• WBTC Stability Fees will increase: WBTC-A to 16.25%, WBTC-B to 16.75%, and WBTC-C to 16%.
