Bitcoin - A Consensus Between the US and Russia
In just the third week of November, four publicly traded companies invested billions of dollars in collective debt to buy Bitcoin, namely MicroStrategy, MARA Holdings, Semler Scientific, and MetaPlanet. Additionally, MicroStrategy has sold over $6 billion in convertible notes this year to purchase Bitcoin, and hedge funds have also participated in such arbitrage bets. Since October 31 alone, MicroStrategy has acquired approximately $13.5 billion in Bitcoin and issued $3 billion in zero-interest convertible notes, marking the company's fifth bond issuance this year.
Putin:
Russian President Putin stated at the Russia Calling investment forum: 'Who can prohibit Bitcoin? No one can. Who can prohibit the use of other electronic payment methods? No one can either. Because these are new technologies. Regardless of how the dollar fares in the future, these tools will develop in some way, as everyone is striving to reduce costs and improve reliability.'
Trump:
Trump will take office on January 20 next year, which is about a month and a half away. It is worth noting that after Trump officially takes office, cryptocurrency-related policies are not a priority. Investment bank TDCowen believes that the regulatory environment will change as expected, but also points out that 'the Trump team's focus is on extending tax cut policies and addressing tariff and trade issues, and cryptocurrency will not become a primary task', so the strength and timing of policy implementation remain uncertain. Additionally, analysts note that 'Trump was skeptical about cryptocurrency, but after digital asset companies invested heavily in his campaign, he changed his stance. There are still questions about the feasibility and implementation timeline of his commitments.'
Market Trend Review:
Leverage is both a catalyst for a bull market and a trigger point for extreme scenarios. While predicting market trends should not be like 'carving a boat to look for a sword', risk management remains a key aspect that cannot be ignored.
The current situation is still favorable. Should we focus on the main line of Bitcoin or look to other sectors? Or can we have both fish and bear's paw! For those who haven't entered yet, should they continue to wait for a pullback or double down and push up?!!
