MicroStrategy's Bitcoin investment strategy remains robust even amid market volatility. According to research by Jeff Walton, even if the Bitcoin price falls below $20,000, MicroStrategy's balance sheet remains healthy, only facing risk if the price drops to $18,826.
Meanwhile, institutional demand for Bitcoin is rapidly increasing. Charles Edwards of Capriole Investments points out that MicroStrategy raises billions of dollars each week to purchase Bitcoin, and mining company MARA plans to increase its holdings by 30% through $1 billion in financing. Additionally, institutions and ETFs now hold 13.5% of the total Bitcoin supply in circulation.
Edwards predicts that as the Bitcoin price breaks through $100,000, the market may see a larger-scale rally.
