Foresight News previously reported that Jupiter Lianchuang Meow posted that the Jupuary governance vote failed to reach the 70% absolute majority required for passage, with 58% in favor and 42% against. "364 million JUPs participated in the vote, with a staggering 12,000 verified voting feedbacks, many of which were long and detailed, giving us a very clear understanding of the issues that need to be addressed. Since we are seeking a 70% absolute majority, a second vote will be held." Here is the plan: 1. Review feedback from all sources; 2. Address all major areas of concern and opposition; 3. Propose new proposals that we can support.
