BlockBeats News, December 3rd, Ripple Labs conducted tests for its new stablecoin product RLUSD, including token minting and transfers, on the XRP Ledger and Ethereum blockchain. In recent months, Ripple Labs has been continuously testing RLUSD to join the rapidly growing stablecoin ecosystem. The latest minting involved approximately 9,999,700 RLUSD tokens, with an XRP Ledger index of 146.
BlockBeats previously reported that, according to sources cited by FOX Business, the New York Department of Financial Services has indicated to Ripple that it will approve the launch of its new stablecoin product—RLUSD, which is scheduled to be launched on December 4th.
