PANews, December 3, reported that the American cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase has decided to withdraw its initial application to enter the Turkish market and apply for liquidation. According to the liquidation list updated by the Turkish Capital Markets Board (CMB) on November 29, the application submitted by Coinbase in August this year has been withdrawn, followed by a liquidation application.

In addition to Coinbase, QNB's digital assets department QNB Digital Assets, Finceptor, Koinim, Stanfex, and XYZ Teknoloji have also applied for liquidation. At the same time, Yapi Kredi Bank has submitted relevant documents to become a cryptocurrency custodian, jointly applying to provide custody services with Takasbank and BtcTurk subsidiary Eliptik Digital Custody Management.

Currently, the total number of companies applying for liquidation has reached 14, and the number of companies in the application process has increased to 77.
