In the classroom of the Finance Department at Tsinghua University, I always find myself distracted, thinking about how to make a big splash in the cryptocurrency market. Recently, discussions about whether a bull market is coming have become quite rampant. Some people assert that the bull market has arrived just because they see Bitcoin rising, but I think it is still too early to say. A real bull market is not something that can be easily judged.
Looking back at 2021, Bitcoin once soared to $64,000, only to plummet by 60% afterwards, experiencing multiple significant fluctuations in the process. In such a market, who would dare to chase the highs? Many people have actually never witnessed a real bull market. Every time before a bull market arrives, the bears are always full of confidence, while the bulls hesitate.
So, how can we judge the arrival of a bull market? Observing the trends in the OTC market is a good method. When OTC trading is no longer frequent, sellers of USDT outnumber buyers, and newcomers start flooding into the market, a real bull market may be on the way.
I have fully invested in ETH, SOL, and BTC, expecting them to welcome a new round of increases. The target price for ETH is $5,000, for SOL is $300, and for BTC is $120,000. If you want to learn more about market dynamics, remember to follow me!
