A fire occurred in Hollywood Hills, claiming the life of a man identified by neighbors as a representative of the influential Rothschild family. The incident took place on Wednesday afternoon in a two-story house on Lukut Mountain Avenue.

According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, 45 firefighters were involved in combating the flames, which they managed to extinguish in 33 minutes. However, a deceased individual was found inside the house. The man's name has not been officially disclosed, but neighbors reported that it is William Rothschild, a representative of the well-known banking dynasty.

The cause of the fire has not yet been determined, and an investigation is ongoing. The Los Angeles County coroner will determine the exact cause of death.

Rothschild, according to neighbors, led a reclusive lifestyle despite his wealth, which is described as millions or even billions of dollars. He owned several properties and a collection of expensive cars. On the street, where multimillion-dollar homes of celebrities and influential figures are located, his house was often perceived as abandoned.

"It's very sad," said neighbor Jim Moore. "He was a good man and a kind neighbor."
