"Your ROI isnāt that high" is something I often hear about my copy trading account. Let me clarify: this is spot tradingāa very low-risk trading option. If I were trading futures, I could easily use 30x leverage (I like the number 30, by the way), which would push my ROI to an impressive 240%. Sounds great, right? But itās also 30 times riskier. When trading medium to low-risk products like spot, the ROI is naturally lower. However, that doesnāt mean itās unprofitableāit just requires a different approach. In spot trading, to achieve significant gains, you need more capital compared to futures. Yes, you can 20x your spot portfolio, but it takes patience and time. Futures might give you quicker returns, but the risk of liquidation is exponentially higher. Spot trading is about sustainability and consistency. Itās ideal for those who prioritize steady, long-term growth over short-term, high-risk gains. So, while the ROI may seem modest, the trade-off is a more secure path to profitability.
