Dear Binance Team, I am writing to address several issues I have encountered with your platform. Firstly, my leverage was changed without prior notice, which has been very disruptive for me as a user. Secondly, I have noticed that Binance no longer functions as expected in Austria and Germany, significantly limiting my options. I am left wondering why such changes are made without clear communication or a satisfactory explanation. It is disappointing that such fundamental issues are arising, especially considering Binance is now EU-regulated. I have lost confidence in your platform and, unfortunately, feel compelled to leave.
