The new version will support interactive applications, on-chain transactions, and user notification features. The protocol previously saw a 400% surge in user numbers within a week due to the Frames feature.
It is reported that Frames v2 will significantly enhance the reliability and speed of mobile transactions and signed messages, allowing developers to build any application based on browser rendering. The new specification will be released in the initial version on November 27 for web and mobile, with a more feature-rich update on December 6, and a complete stable version expected to be released in January or February 2025.
