The future of AI lies in autonomous agents, not large language models (LLMs) in the form of chatbots, according to Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff.
“I think we’ve reached the upper limit of what LLMs can do,” the expert emphasized. The head of the cloud computing software company noted that over the past few years, we’ve all “drunk the ChatGPT Kool-Aid.” Because of this, “the consumer has come to believe that AI is more powerful than it actually is, and LLMs are the key to advances in technology.”
However, the future of AI lies in autonomous agents, not large language models.
