Deep Tide TechFlow news, on November 25, according to Cointelegraph, Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff stated in The Wall Street Journal's "Future of Everything" podcast that the future of artificial intelligence lies in autonomous agents, rather than large language models (LLM).

Benioff believes that LLMs have reached their development limit, and that people have been "intoxicated by the frenzy of ChatGPT" over the past few years, overestimating the actual capabilities of AI. AI agents can independently perform tasks such as sales communication and marketing activities, which will significantly enhance corporate efficiency. Salesforce has already deployed pre-built AI agents in the field of customer service automation.

It is worth noting that OpenAI plans to launch an agent product code-named "Operator" in January 2025, and Nvidia, with the highest market value, also stated in its third-quarter earnings call that enterprise-level AI agents are becoming the latest trend.
