BTC is decreasing while BTC.d is not increasing much, an opportunity to shop for those who haven't entered yet. Those who are afraid of further declines can place buy orders at prices 20-30% lower than the coins they are following, if there is a flash dump match it will be profitable right away.
As for entering the market now, just wait for BTC to stabilize and the market will pump again, the FOMO force is still very strong. I am writing while observing the market and it has already bounced back almost entirely, some coins have even increased stronger than when BTC had not decreased.
