Why has Bitcoin been rising continuously?
Bitcoin's continuous rise is attributed to the growth of ETFs, which have been purchased by some long-term holding companies.
This portion of people is unlikely to ever buy altcoins, so essentially, Bitcoin has detached from the concept of cryptocurrency assets and is more like a reserve asset.
Why do altcoins fall?
The liquidity radiation range in the cryptocurrency space is limited, and most of it is still being siphoned off by Bitcoin. Altcoins are extremely PvP; what I mean by PvP is the PvP excluding Bitcoin. Once retail investors FOMO, the emotions reach their peak.
This position is also the main selling point for altcoins. Altcoin traders cannot keep up, and selling at the peak of emotions is the most suitable.
