A Twitter user (@r_cky0) claimed that he asked ChatGPT to help him write a bot for pump.fun and received a code with a backdoor. This backdoor reportedly sent the user’s private key to a fake Solana API website, resulting in a loss of $2,500. SlowMist founder Yu Xian commented that the user’s wallet was hacked by AI and that the code given by GPT had a backdoor.
He warned people to be aware of deception in LLMs and that AI poisoning attacks have been mentioned before, but now this is a real attack case against the Crypto industry.
