Is Gary Gensler and the SEC of the United States right or wrong?

I will leave out $BTC when writing this because most people already know that the current value of BTC is a store of value. This is about #altcoins and #memecoins.

Starting with a gradually heating example today, which is $XRP . This is a case of rainwater and bird droppings in the literal sense 😂

Ripple Labs minted 100 billion XRP out of thin air and called for an ICO. The function of XRP is "THERE'S NOTHING HERE". Every quarter, the idiots at Ripple bring bags of bird droppings XRP to sell and this is why Ripple Labs is sued by the SEC 😂 for exchanging bird droppings for USD 💥

The unfortunate thing is, investors still buy and literally Ripple is not a scam 😂 and a peak XRP was worth over 3 USD 😂 Damn...

Capitalists are very good at talking. They can come up with countless reasons why you should buy bird droppings XRP and you believe what they say and are willing to spend money. This happens in every aspect of life, even Prosciutto is priced high because they are good at talking. And from talking well, they can sell you bird droppings for more than 1 USD currently 😂

If you understand the nature of this market, you will understand that Gary and the SEC of the United States are not wrong. They want to protect investors from these things but unfortunately, there are many other investors who have invested and are stuck, so protecting new investors harms old investors 😅

Greed will make bird droppings and rainwater valuable. Don't participate in the race when you are the last one to start because the result will always be that you will be the loser 😀
