🇷🇺 Irkutsk Region, Khakassia, and Dagestan have become the most profitable regions in the Russian Federation for mining, according to a study by the rating agency AKRA. With the current limit of 6000 kW·h, which does not require individuals to register in the Federal Tax Service registry, the cost of electricity will range from 9000 to 16,000 rubles per month.
In Kalmykia and Tuva, the costs are three to five times higher — from 43,000 to 47,000 rubles.
Experts calculated that one ASIC miner consumes about 2160 kW·h per month (not including cooling). This means that with the current limit, it will be possible to utilize two full setups for cryptocurrency mining.
