L2, the big cap "big guys", are sluggish and don't rise, many people are holding them, so they are being criticized a lot.

Since last night, BTC hasn't fluctuated much, but $OP vs $ARB suddenly got together to make a long tree, the uptrend is probably right around the corner, if not pushed, these guys probably don't need the money.
