• The Department of Defense spent $8,395 on a lobster tank.

• The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases spent $477,121 to study HIV in “sex-changing” monkeys.

• The Small Business Administration gave $200 million in pandemic relief to major music artists and their touring companies, with beneficiaries including artists like Post Malone, Chris Brown, Steve Aoki and Smashing Pumpkins. $SPELL
