For ease of understanding, I compare it to football, since I am English. So, projects are teams, and users are players. Telegram is a stadium. And TON is a nation.
We called it THE OPEN LEAGUE.
I will show how we, as a community, can create 3 Internet Premier League projects where teams will receive worthy glory and users will receive players' salaries.
And it's designed to do for WEB3 what the Premier League did for England.
Concentrate resources and provide them to the best projects on the largest platform. Thus, launching a huge wave of interest in WEB3 and attracting more and more players.
We want to reach 5 million users next year. That's very ambitious.
So, to receive bonuses you will have 2 ways.
1. Collectibles (SBT Soulbound Tokens)
They are given for various achievements in the community. For example, a trading guru for participating in a trading competition. Subscription to the community, a legendary gamer or a whale - who brought in a lot of tokens.
2. Through projects.
New projects that are launched will participate in this program. These projects will receive rewards in the form of tones to be distributed among the participants. i.e. us.
We introduce such a concept as seasonality.
This will gamify the launch of applications. For projects, this is an ideal way to launch new features or update the application and attract the attention of the audience that follows it.
This gives users the opportunity to use only the best projects. Playing you adapt to new products, getting incredible experience from the very beginning and get rewarded for it.
First, the project enters the season. Then, it will be approved by the community and receive support from all our communication channels. This way, everyone will have equal conditions at the start. Then, the projects will compete with each other.
Users will receive rewards for attracting new players (Referral is our everything 💰😊) and there will also be rewards for ongoing participation in the development of the league.
Proving, thereby, that you are a valuable member of this society and bring constant benefit.
So, what are the awards:
XP experience points. These are reputation points that can be exchanged for TON. Their supply is not limited, unlike tokens.
Every season we will review the points to see how things are going, who is actively participating and who is not.
XP is supported 1:1 and can be exchanged at any time but at a discount.
The exchange rate is determined by a time formula. The less time is left until the end, the more ton you will receive for the exchange. In December, 1 XP will give 0.25 ton, and on March 31, already 1 ton.
The community bot will be the starting point.
To participate, you will need to complete a quest. There will also be many quests during the season. For them, we will receive SBT badges. Each badge increases your rewards. The more you collect, the greater the reward.
Each task will contain a link to your wallet and a referral link, by clicking on which you will receive an additional reward. This will serve as proof that you are a unique and necessary user.
Over time, XP boosts can be spent inside Telegram, for example on premium or in the application by purchasing digital goods. All this is tied to one wallet and proves that you are you.
Our big goal is to attract 500 million people in 5 years.
To do this, you need to unite and forward referrals to all your friends and acquaintances (just kidding😄)
Projects can apply at any time. They will be included in the next season. The Foundation will audit the projects and offer the community to include them in the competition in the next season.
To receive a grant you need to:
Attract 1m+ users to your project - 500k XP
Attract 500k+ users to your project - 200k XP
Attract 50k+ users to your project - 20k XP
Participation in the league gives a unique opportunity to create and promote your project.
This is both support of the Fund + promotion in all channels and attracting an audience. By attracting a new audience, start actively using the application and WEB3 wallet on the tone.
And so we want to attract 500 million users in the pilot season.

Our strategy is to spend 1 year and create mini-apps in telegram based on TON blockchain. Your task is to create this application and implement TON there.
At the end of each season we take a break. We analyze the data and provide it to the community to choose the direction we need to go. How to distribute the budget for the new season.
If we see a return after the first season, then the Fund will be ready to invest really big money.
Potentially, up to 100 ml of TON could end up in users’ wallets in the next 5 years.
