If you analyze today market. Only few coins doing well like $BTC and $DOGE or you can say $GAS while the movement of coins like #BNB and #SOL and #ETH is slow in comparison. While majority of remaining Altcoins are either staganant or moving slowly no where.
Fairly speaking it looks manipulation of market makers. Doge rising backed by Elon Musk and BTC flying without any reason hitting around 89K - people shortening and that is liquidating many.
So what needs to be done ? Better is to avoid any kind of future trade unless market stabilize or just focus on Spot that may yield better if whole market moves upward. Currently its Solo Flight and Manipulation of BTC by whales.
