[Google Cloud becomes the main validator of Cronos blockchain]
Google Cloud becomes the main validator of the Cronos blockchain, further demonstrating the interest of global tech giants in the cryptocurrency and Web3 industries. The move is part of a strategic partnership with Cronos Labs to enhance technology innovation and developer engagement.
Rishi Ramchandani, head of Google Cloud Web3 Asia Pacific, said that this cooperation demonstrates Google Cloud's commitment to Web3 and will provide Cronos developers with security infrastructure, AI and data analysis tools to support the development of decentralized applications.
Google Cloud joins Cronos’ 32 validators, working with Crypto.com, Blockdaemon, Ubisoft and others to ensure network security and decentralization. Ken Timsit, general manager of Cronos Labs, believes that this trend shows that more companies are paying attention to Web3.
This collaboration not only improves the security of the Cronos network, but also increases the attractiveness of the Cronos Accelerator Program to new startups and provides more opportunities for developers to create innovative applications using Google Cloud technology. Other companies exploring Web3 include Lamborghini, Ferrari, Amazon Web Services, and brands Dolce & Gabbana, Nike and Adidas.
