Deep Tide TechFlow News, on November 5, according to CNN, Kate Connolly, a senior advisor at the U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), stated that despite extreme weather and temporary infrastructure disruptions in some regions, no national-level significant events affecting the security of election infrastructure have been identified so far.
It is reported that several key swing states, including Wisconsin, are experiencing the impact of a strong cold front weather system, resulting in heavy rainfall and stormy weather. Among them, Wisconsin's weather conditions are the most severe, with the Storm Prediction Center issuing a Level 1 (out of 5) storm warning for most areas of the state.
Connolly emphasized that the infrastructure disruptions observed so far are within expectations, and relevant departments are prepared to respond. However, she declined to disclose detailed information about the specific affected areas.
