Binance and CZ filed a lawsuit against the SEC
Binance and the former head of the crypto exchange Changpeng Zhao (CZ) have filed a motion to dismiss the SEC lawsuit. The parties stated that there is a lack of clarity in the Commission's regulatory standards.
The SEC previously accused Binance of illegal securities trading. The company's lawyers say that the statement has no legal basis.
