Foresight News reported that Gu Ronghui, a professor at Columbia University, co-founder of CertiK, and international technical advisor to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), attended the 2024 Business and Philanthropy Forum (2024 B&P Forum) held in Singapore, where he delivered a keynote speech and moderated a panel discussion. During his speech, Gu Ronghui systematically explained the development trajectory of the Web3 industry, shared the entrepreneurial story of how CertiK started from academic research and rapidly grew into an industry unicorn, and engaged in an in-depth discussion with three other guests on the global impact of blockchain technology and fintech during the panel.

This B&P Forum is co-hosted by Sing Tao Shanmeng and the Asian Family Office Association, sponsored by Nanyang Technological University (NTU), and gathered many outstanding guests, including Singapore’s Senior Minister of State for Culture, Community and Youth, and Social and Family Development, Edwin Tong, Speaker of the Singapore Parliament, Tan Chuan-Jin, and Stanford University Computer Science Professor Fei-Fei Li.
