Most of the time, one grid would be broken and then turned around and left.

Finally, when it calmed down, I stopped all the grids. It was very painful at that time, and I kept thinking that it was over and I couldn't eat this food anymore. After calculation, there was still 2220u left. In fact, it didn’t seem like we had lost much. Of course, it was mostly luck. I deployed a new larger and more conservative grid at the last moment before going to bed. Although it was stipulated that I must start hedging at the same time, I still took the risk with this kind of loss. This time I was lucky and the time difference between short and long bets on the right trend. . Next time, we must avoid the danger of manual intervention.

When I woke up, I saw that the current floating profit had made up for yesterday's loss and was still slightly profitable. I can only say that I was lucky. It also strengthens confidence that using the grid as a starting point to improve strategies should be sustainable in the long run. Continue to manage risks well.

The lesson is that asymmetric hedging of risk is unacceptable. Don't take advantage of the high volatility of the new currency. If you want to take advantage of it, don't hedge it. Just open a position and take more, then run away.
