Zach Bradford, CEO of bitcoin mining company CleanSpark, said in an announcement on October 31 that after shareholder approval, the company completed the acquisition of U.S. infrastructure company GRII DInfrastructure, which is a "strategic move that enables the company to increase its bitcoin mining capacity in Tennessee," Golden Finance reported. The acquisition has increased Clean Spark's mining capacity by 50 megawatts, bringing it closer to achieving its plan to build 400 megawatts of production capacity in the next few years.
