According to Foresight News, the Russian government and BitRiver, a domestic crypto miner, announced that they will build mining data centers in BRICS countries. The plan involves the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), and the two parties released relevant news at the BRICS Business Forum in Moscow on October 18. Currently, BitRiver has 21 data centers in Russia and will build 10 new centers.
