Bloomberg Analyst: Have heard good news about the process

Bloomberg analyst Eric Balchunas said that since BlackRock’s Bitcoin Spot ETF (IBIT) option has already been approved for listing on the Nasdaq exchange, this approval is not a big surprise. But it's still good news, since the SEC is the biggest obstacle to such approval.

Balchunas previously mentioned that the commodity also requires approval from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), both of which are not time-limited. However, he also said he has heard good news about the process, although the exact date of the listing is still unclear.

They approved same thing for Nasdaq recently so not a big surprise but still good news as SEC was big hurdle. We hearing good things about the rest of process altho exact timeline for listing date still unclear. https://t.co/N9squVSXfS
