🔥Eigen Layer in danger! Be careful where you click.
According to several media outlets, information is circulating that the X account of the #Eigenlayer retaking protocol has been hacked and is publishing fake links, announcing a second #Airdrop🪂 .
Through an official statement on the Eigen Layer protocol discord, it has been confirmed that the X account has been compromised and the community is asked not to interact with the X account or the links they are publishing until further notice.
There are already several reports of users who have been harmed by entering these fake links published on X, thinking that it was a real airdrop.
What happens if I enter the published links?
If you follow the links that hackers post, they take you to a fake website, where they ask you to connect your wallet in order to claim the fake airdrop, where you sign a permission slip, and they take all the assets from your #billetera .
