Harris said she would improve the regulatory environment of the US crypto industry, but was more cautious on issues such as taxation, Bitcoin mining, and self-custody. Trump supports Bitcoin mining and promises to protect the right to self-custody. Despite this, Harris's policies may still be more constructive than Biden's.
